Exercise and working out…

I’ve decided to take a trip to Ipoh to visit my cousin next weekend. Will bring gifts: my Baltany DD on FKM, and maybe something else, a tennis racket and a loaf of my sourdough bread. Will stay for four to five hours.

It’s 4am, 2 hours till my morning walk. Will head briskly to Kayu, and back again. Wear my kd500 shoes. Will also do more pushups and sit ups. 40, twice a day. Drank 2 cups of black coffee and skipped my ramen breakfast.

Couldn't wait for 6am so I went for a 3-minute run up and down our guarded road instead. 4:30am is a pretty good time for this as everyone was asleep still. Plus it's quick, free -and safer. Everyday for a week and I will surely lose weight. Don't think I should do 80 pushups a day.

I resisted the urge to eat peanut butter and ramen today. Tomorrow, another brief run and work out in the pre morning. I’m still wearing my LuluLemon briefs. They’re so comfy.

Final thing to invent is a compound bow harness. Something to strap the weapon onto a body and retrieve it quick. Carrying a modern bow is tiring as they are heavy.

Worked out more this morning after a brief run. Feeling fitter and slimmer. A brief daily run and 30% more workout is a good idea. Didn't eat a ramen / prata bread as I usually do. Feeling more energized on this day when Tao itself is balanced.

Thinking of making a Velcro bow harness vest but that will take over 50RM. Maybe after November. Hand carrying one's modern bow is a pain at around 2kg. Twice the weight of a katana and riddled with bits and bobs. Eventually, I will make one but there's no need now to lug my bow anywhere.

Worked out early again after a brief run. Legs still a bit spaghetti. Not sure what to do with today. Will be staying in and maybe doing some writing.

Couldn’t stick to my diet 100%. I had one ramen and some bread but no peanut butter. An early night again tonight and exercise pre-dawn.
