Down to 3 watches…

My 3 watch collection / rotation is finalized. From left to right: Seiko 5 field mechanical/ fleiger, Tissot PRS516 automatic, Casio MudMan solar.

I needed something more “easily” wearable than the PRS and hulking MudMan tho both these watches have their purpose, as dressing up, and for roadtrips / outstation as we call it in Malaysia.

So right now you can guess the everyday EDC, the Seiko is on my wrist. Hard to imagine collecting / upgrading these watches right now. If I came by a large sum of money, I would buy one investment watch that I wouldn’t wear (around much). Most probably a Frédérique Constant.

This is around 30-40kRM. A mechanical perpetual calendar with moonphase. At the moment, I have no way of owning it even if I raid my EPF accounts.

Will take a shower soon and settle down to finish writing chp.11 of Inexact Science. There is a lot to do in mindspace. Quell the arguments between East and West who fought with spiritual warfare.

If there were souls calling from under the altar just before the time the rapture were near what could be going on on earth to make them call for justice? God’s plan being fulfilled or in danger? It has to be in danger because the souls were indignant. Something makes God seem to lose control. In the midst of the fervor there is a ‘departure from the faith’. So the jump in numbers of fellow testifiers killed was because they failed or succeeded in preaching the gospel? You have to know that everyone knows gospel who pushes it away like you made them eat yak yogurt, the rest are under their thumb. It is a testament to the faithless that they killed / maimed / framed a messenger of God. We can only show, not reason with common sinners. And sin is one’s affront to God -a show of MAN’s power.

If there were an end to writing things few people read then I would gratefully retire. But my part is to support the effort of testimony from behind enemy lines -the theory and analysis, while bearing the painful attacks and wounds of those who reveal truth that saves many.
