Took a sedative last night and woke up on the floor with my watches strewn over my mattress. I had been strap swapping. Feeling quite alert, I went for my usual run and workout. Discipline is both mental and physical. And they synergize to give good health, to help power through prevention blockades. Don’t neglect to work out / exercise regularly.
Lately tho, my routine has been spread over 6am to 10am due to forces acting on my body, people living in my mindspace, afraid of false doctrines told so convincingly. We have to fight back against this enemy who comes with telepathy and signs and wonders.
CHR, my writer’s outlining app is finally done. Can’t think of anything more to add to this simple script but maybe next week I’ll have some better ideas. Get the python3 file from https://FreeLunch.my/apps/ which should also run on Linux with some mods.
In the face of troubles, I’m taking it slow, going easy on myself, not pushing too hard. Gradually achieving my milestones. So for today, I will just be writing the next installment of Time of Arrival.
Also expecting my Dunlop slide capo to arrive in the afternoon. Hope it’s good. Will be helping sweep in half an hour as Dad must be tired. More later…
Wearing my humble Q&Q moonphase quartz which I got for $14 off Shopee. Put it on a NATO for WR. quite a light and comfy wear, swim / shower proof as well. Has gained 12s since a year ago. I love moonphase complications and God told me to get one. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford a JLC.
Sweeping up is done. Feels much cleaner. Capo should arrive circa 1:30pm.
Rain has pushed delivery of my capo to Sunday. My long walk day. Wearing my Swatch AM51.
