Some say a person shouldn’t dress above his income. Yesterday, I was talking to my cousin who obeys this principle throughly. He buys everything on discount. And having a watch collection of several nice pieces, some attractive others, and some cheap plastic Casios, I found myself torn between being modest and honest, or being, as I am, a watch aficionado.
Because my stories don’t sell, and my ship hasn’t come in, I felt bad wearing a $800 Prospex. I also did not want to wear a CBP digital. Most of the time, I put on a marbled 2200 G-Shock carbon core which I modded with an elastic NATO strap. It’s well-made and interesting to admire altho everyone knows it cost just a hundred or less dollars. Not quite enough for a room at the Sheraton, correct me if I’m wrong.
It was the last / latest watch I bought from Sunrise Time Centre @Amcorp, and probably the one I will wear cycling on weekends. Planning on cycling a bit this evening, just up and down the road to test my gear and my bike’s roadworthiness. More later.

The British attacked again. William and his ‘friends’ the John group, the Liew 6, and other people with a death warrant in the mindspaces. It’s a complicated mess as nobody should have brought the offences into the mindspace we all share. At the same time, God’s overriding prophecy steamrolls their incomplete prophecies causing alarm throughout the world. I may not be long for this world so if I’m not here next year, take care. Go to Louise and Jeffrey.
