According to the ABY, my book could see print in September and my game, in November of this year. Trying to get a beeline on the prophecy but am being struck painfully and jerked emotionally by the Liew witches and their cronies.
There are 2 more money spinners I have, and they are my song, ‘In This Space’, and my app, TeLL. Can’t talk about the song as it’s being arranged by a friend. But my app will soon be used in AI applications where there is a need to be correct or remove / reduce functionality to be correct. In any case, to avoid incorrect choices outright. Truth, Lies, and what can lead to more of those a step further -an important paradigm in AI controlled vehicles, etc.
Quite a few months to wait, doing nothing much.
Air drying my clay Piglet. The new name for my Apple Pencil stabilizer. Hope it dries in a few hours so I can shave it smoother and more attractive. Right now looks rough but seems to be functional. No luck, I will have to wait till tomorrow afternoon.
Read this on Spines.com, from circa 2024:
Short books, typically around 100 pages, have carved out a significant niche in the market
My novella is roughly 100 pages, a good sweet spot for busy readers who demand compact stories for busy lives. Perhaps it will see print after all.
Decided to continue TBD, my novel while Piglet dries in the a/c. Liew forces whipping thru the mindspaces. They are truly fallen.
Feeling tired, and have stopped after adding almost 1k words. Feels atmospheric.
…
Friday, a new day. Feeling relaxed. Been reading up on novellas and paperback page sizes. 4x7” is probably what it will be for my novella. With 200 words per page on average, it should have 100 pages. Not too skinny. Found out wordcount is independent of page numbering so my work is around 19,800 words if you minus the intro and the headings. A page short of the standard novella.
Being retired is cool. I no longer worry about money or achievements. Just going at my own pace.
Being creative with my designs, thinking out of the box, my failure to make the Piglet drove me to seek alternate designs. And I came up with the zero force Apple Pencil holder. This will be like writing in air. Maybe it will be my ticket to making some money this June as many digital scribblers will emerge as AI spreads. But I am retired and there’s no worries trying hard for it etc.
I’m inspired to try invent my micro quiver, thinking OOTB. And… I managed to do it, with a metal plate and bar magnet, some foam. Should hold 3 arrows, be repositionable and light weight.
