Thinking of using the dry, hot mosquito weather spell as a starting point for my book. Maybe it will also be a central plot element. That the lost diamonds caused, while blessing the underwater world of the lake. Having a central element is good for writing a story, IMHO. Not just a concept but something physical that the characters can experience thru.
Will try to do 10k words today (a third of the book). That might take circa 10 hours. Must start by 4pm.
Did only 1k words of TSFC instead of 10k. The feel of the story is right. And I can’t wait to unveil the secrets towards the end of the book.
