It's been a while since I went on a long punishing walk in the sun. Perhaps tomorrow will be a good time for it. Will try to get my novella printed out saddle bound. It's 21 sheets of paper thick which may be a little tight. 16 would be preferable. I hope they can do it tho.
Thinking I may wear shoes on this walk instead of my usual Teva sandals. But I feel my feet are swelled a bit for some reason and may not fit my trail shoes.
Want to do about an hour of brisk walking as it helps my body heal from the negative telepathy I'm forced to bear. Quite peaceful otherwise since we pushed off the Liew witchy 6. We shrank their bodies and loosened all their clothes.

Editing work continues on book no. 3, my old Christian Novella from last year. It badly needs updating with the latest signs I've been shown, and the new questions people have asked me. I feel they should go in... somehow mesh with the plot. After this edit, I will not be doing any more.
I actually ran today, pretty fast so I've got more energy / stamina. Helped mop and sweep the shoebox we live in. Made myself a quick dinner. Thinking I may stay up late to work, take my meds at 12am and sleep in. Tomorrow, I'll go on a walk, perhaps to Decathlon / DigiMall. Then the next day will be psych clinic for my monthly Arip jab.

Feeling a little fuzzy up there from last night's late turning in. Will shower and get changed. See if I can tumble myself down to the station.
Was out for 1 1/2 hours, walking in the sun. Feeling good. On the way, we talked in mindspace about the embattlement of the churches (Protestant) and how people have resorted to human nature, having failed in the spirit contest with the Evil intruders. Yea, there is still an ongoing battle that many are resorting to violence to shove off their backs.
Judge not. However, to continue to spirit fight would be the better way. Think of Jesus let him be your strength. Think of Gabriel: God is my strength. Think of your friends who are stronger and shelter there. Do not tear down your church by any means.
