A string snapped but…

Last night, my bow string was supposed to snap but it was my guitar’s B string instead. I had told the psychologists that their prophecy was a bit off. As I wrote on Medium, I have finished designing the unobtrusive micro quiver. This makes 3 innovations:
  1. palm stabilizer
  2. cylindrical sight
  3. Velcro lite quiver
Along with that, I cobbled together my own drop down rest, finger protector rings, and changed out the cable slide for a cable roller off Aliexpress. Earlier this year, I renocked and refletched my arrows all by myself. They need some extra glue to stay on in flight but not right now.

The ceramic ocarina broken by the Liew witches will soon be replaced with a plastic one. This humble flute will be my instrument of choice on my travels. Originally, I had hoped to acquire a bone flute but that wasn’t feasible.

Around this time, I also need to think of inventing the ‘barefoot shoe’ -another mystery.

The design is in 2 pieces, a heel with a cupping hold, and a forefoot, with toe holds. A stretchy, curved tongue pulls the shoe tighter between heel and toes. This tongue may also be used as an energy return device for less strenuous running. With the final sign of the barefoot shoe, everything is now ready for the tribulation, just as God planned it. We suffered a lot but it was for the best.

For once, today, I didn’t turn on my PC first thing in the morning. Just tapping this into my iPad. I need to figure out replacing my guitar strings now. But it isn’t urgent as I have a nylon classical guitar as well -my backup. The main thing is that the ocarina gets delivered this week.

That God can conjure up victory from defeat -is He not amazing.
