I'm feeling somewhat better, health-wise, as well as mood-wise. Working on my Christian novella is filling me with positivity. I am not rewriting it (as of yet: halfway point) but am aggressively footnoting. This preserves much of the story flow which is important to readability. At this rate, I will be done by Sunday.
Tomorrow, Friday, plan to stay home and do more editing work. Think I will sleep late tonight, take my meds at 11pm. Then on Saturday, will go for a run. Sunday, a long walk.
This afternoon, I bought a fresh bottle of olive oil, a chili dip, and sambal cooking paste to spice up our dinners with some variety. Olive oil is so expensive these days, we now buy it by small amounts and use it sparingly. There is nothing like it, tho -a must have.
Have a feeling that the mindspaces will calm down somewhat over the course of October. There is a nascent ceasefire in Gaza now. The headlines were writ big on CNN.com. What could this month decide? The fate of humanity even.
Will work out soon. Maybe write a Medium article before bed.

My Orient is gaining 7s / day on average. This makes 49s / week. Setting it every weekend is not a hassle, knowing it's less than a minute fast at any one time. I bought it for circa 370RM IIRC. That was 150RM more expensive than my Seiko 5, in 2001. That's inflation of 40% over 24 years, or 1.7% per year, which is normal(?) Right now, I'm priced out of most watches except Casio general models.
