Today is Muharram Sunday, apparently agreed upon to be the 7th day of creation, Also it is day 7 into July, the 7th month. This is surely worthy of an ABY reading: 10F

Rather straightforward to analyze: pay for your crimes and you will be forgiven, and pray for salvation or you will be damaged in that process! Do not be loud about sin. Do not conversely be cowardly. 

This July 2024, the ABY predicts I will do well in my writing. Looks certain I will wrap up 50% of the book in an hour or two.

KDE + Rocky Linux + ThinkPad + Edifier is sweet...

Don't regret installing Linux on my used ThinkPad from 2015. It uses less RAM and, through KDE, has all the apps, updates, and desktop functions I need at my fingertips. I also am using Edifier 2-way speakers which sound sweet at low volume. I have them play all my record rips in JuK, as I write in LibreOffice. I love to give back, and my book will be offered free on FreeLunch.my as a PDF. The ePub will be paid for and I may design it a nice cover.

No plans to upgrade to a new Mac Mini M2 yet which at 2499RM is quite affordable. Planning to go watch shopping with my cousin from the north later this month.

Was thinking since we both like running and already have several favorite watches, we'd go to the Running Lab at Pavilion and shop high-end shoes circa 600RM. For him, not me.

Meanwhile, my book, vt, pushes along steadily. I have the concepts for the final 5 stories down pat and they are good ones. "Fides" is still hard to execute, having so many intertwined elements such as the politics of Malaysia, the faith of the East Malaysians, the poverty of the Pinoys and Indonesians, and the small voice of Prophet Yeap calling from coerced confinement what nobody feels safe admitting is true! *sigh* it has to begin somewhere somehow this evening...

Made good headway on Fides. I have something to hang my story on -a rickety Malaysian-designed maglev train. You may have guessed I'm not a very systematic thinker but there are only so many doors a person need try.

Sunday morning came with a light rain. Working on my stories while raising the cholesterol of evil people who attacked me and won’t learn from Jesus, nor would they take the jellybean antidote I offered.

Music at 25% volume sunds good for my morning writing session, 7am. And my discolored gray Logi wireless silent mouse by the side of the pre-loved ThinkPad, a trusty companion of several years now. The death of Kabini, long forgotten. I do like Bluetooth peripherals.

Was thinking of a wireless charging solution. No plugs or pads. A HomePod-like music player (plugged into the mains) while playing music (may emit a low frequency and high frequency signal above human hearing. The hi and lo freqs trigger potential difference resonance in a bank of micro solenoid magnets, thus charging the laptop or phone while the user is enjoying multimedia.

Writing again…

Yes, I am back in the groove, writing my mini stories again. I will stop when I have 10 tales to either sell or give away, or option. It started with actually, opening up Libreoffice and sitting stubbornly at the ThinkPad -thinking hard about what’s been happening to me, around me, and in the world at large -its trends and transformations. And that became “Rose”, my opening story. The next one is “Fides” which I will write circa dinner time. I’m trying out new styles and techniques / approaches to writing spicy tales that turn pages. In a way, this book yet untitled is an experiment in fun. More later…

So it came true that I wrote 2 stories yesterday but not Fides, which is probably the most ambitious of the 10. Will tackle it tonight after I write “Salon”. Based an experience I had, maybe talk a bit about my encounters with gay people, people too beautiful to care for my looks.

 

"Salon" is now nicely done and I have my toes dipped into "Friends". May take an hour or so to write the tale of 2 good buddies making a living far from home, sharing and caring and learning lessons of life. I think this will touch 1.8k words. Salon was just under 1k.

Was kept from my work by voices needing to talk. No hurry. I can work less even as hell consumes souls at an ever increasing rate. Will write just one story today, mid morning.

 

Made it halfway thru "Friends". It turned out a little different from planned but quite promising -a story of friendship and sacrifice. Should be able to finish by mid afternoon. The folks are over at the shoebox sprucing the place up and buying health foods.

Starting on Fides now, since Friends wraped up early (1.1k words) with no major editing needed. Need a rest first as the write was unexpectedly emotionally draining.

Bottled some demons and yet another sign…

Some time ago, I acquired a bottle of Evian water. The ‘Nomad’ which was somehow compelling, with its bulbouse sky blue tinted body and bright blood red cap. I found out something about Evian after finally refilling it for duty today as a Liew witch demon catcher / home.

Firstly, Evian is made in France which will be hosting the Olympics this 2024, July to August. Evian means ‘God is Gracious’ in Hebrew. France supports some kind of ranging deterrent to the war in Ukraine and maybe the greater Middle East. It is possible, they will broker a peace treaty between Israel-Hamas, using stronger powers like UK, America, and China. More tomorrow as my sedative kicks in…

We were talking about the time frames of the Rapture vs Tribulation and I found out that the 70th week of Daniel starts when the Jews fully pwn Jerusalem’s Arabs / Palestinians, and put up their tabernacle. Then, it may be 20 more years before the Day of the Lord (Judgement). But before any of this happens, the faithful must walk in the clouds with God.

Was thinking of Ezekiel 38. How it speaks ironically, of a time when Israel is at peace versus the current turmoil that might boil over into world war 3. More so, when Israel is no longer afraid. This must be after the coming of Mehedi and the Messiah of the Jews. Then ask again, when could Messiah and Mehedi come? Assuming it is after Rapture?

Ezk 38:8  After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

Ezk 38:9  Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Ezk 38:10  Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought:

Signs, more signs…

This 2024, November 14, which is my birthday, falls on ABY 8e (day count cycle), see above. I’m guessing that the Chinese flute is approximately plank, rice paper, and cloth as it has nylon bindings as well as its Dimou. Charcoal and steel refer to my attempts to self-publish copies of my DiZi playing guide. So the days are not shortened? Will suffering in mindspace cease soon?

It bears reasoning that Trump will need time to trigger important events and I may need to hang on, guide the folk in mindspaces.

Not only did I place my flute center of desk today, but I bought my first Quiksilver tee. Quicksilver is another term for mercury. Some time ago, I made the discovery that there are 72 hexa-trigrams versus the old thinking of 64. So there are 12x6/2 personalities. I made a chart of it versus the Tarot and western astrology:

As you may have noticed, Mercury is together with Gemini (twins) and is the messenger angel Gabriel. Mercury / Gemini is related to: Being Lost, Love, Mastermind, Spiritual Soldier, Good Businessman, and Maverick Inventors (Elon Musks maybe?). Some time ago, I also received the prophecy of flutes of the room, fruits of the loom, loo-loo-lemon (omega -the end), all twins like Gemini. The plot thickens!

In a posting mood...

Feel like everyone wants me to write blog posts -what’s on my mind, what might help others. So here are some of my immediately doable (free) inventions and ideas I’m currently thinking of:

1. Tennis wax. It is a fluorescent intaglio (raised printing) marker that can be peeled off with some difficulty. To use it, mark your stringbed like a cross hairs, leaving the sweet spot unmarked. Then mark your grip / handle where you want to feel when you hit backhand and forehand. Players may even mark diagonally if they want.
2. Fast on laces. These are short lengths of shoelace that are slip knotted to a side, between 4 holes so a simple pull to loosen / tighten is all you need. No more shoe horns or poor fits.
3. Better stylus tip. Most people don’t know the reason their writing on iPad is messy is because of smoothness of the screen. A simple tacky stylus support wedge will allow finer writing and line work.
4. Pot fit. Ever have too big pans on your stovetop that prevent other pans sharing the stove? You need a flame / heat channeler fins wedge that will support the full pan or pot, hinging onto the hob carriers. These may be fitted wide or long depending on pot size.
5. Sound tags. These are like Apple’s smart tags but simpler. They are tuned to sounds like dogs barking, pots boiling over, glass breaking, doorbell sounding, fire crackling, lightning / thunder etc. Useful to be alerted to these!

Want to make some guitar innovations as well. I have come up with this:

So the thing is basically a resonator chamber connected to the fret-neck-strings by a detachable length of acoustic wave guide. The neck is hollow to save weight as well as to function like the sound hole / bridge and to deepen bass while not requiring mating to the resonator chamber.

A piano can also be made more compact by making the soundboard cylindrical with slanted strings. The cylinder would be horizontally positioned behind the keys, which will be fly-by-wire for cost savings. The size of the instrument would be reduced by 2/3 and weight would be significantly reduced, maybe by 2/3 as well.

Final innovation, AI-assisted firearms. Where the precise (not general) aim is calculated and electronically adjusted by a processor on the gun, down to which part of the body to target, and when exactly to fire, how many shots.

Being prevented from my fiction writing and YouTubing so I’ll do another (few) ideas.

1. Beacon self driving / route navigation via hybrid 5G and FM radio. So nothing collides, every vehicle and danger zone is monitored by IoT. Lots of business for you, Paul Ng (my former boss @NIAV).
2. Flight seating. Every passenger is given a heavily padded sleep pod, spherical and slowly stretchable so they might achieve their ideal posture / relax without offending / colliding with others.

A new audio codec I call “every imaginable sound matrix”. It uses a 16 bit matrix which means it can process a matrix of 256x256 elements. Each element is either 1, 0, and, or, nand, nor, xor. Because each matrix frame is self contained, a simple buffer lossless decompress is possible.

So the decoder needs to very quickly find the determinant of every frame which goes to the DAC. The resolution of the codec should be rather high. Potentially accommodating audio recorded at 32 bits, 96kHz, 5 speaker surround sound.

We’re at the new place and I am still being oppressed by hair pulling and being sat on by baby minds. Very hot so put on the a/c on eco. Think I will do one more invention before dinner. When I was in university, I thought of a flow processor. A CPU that stores nothing. It has no cache or registers and has minimal processing power. Basically just addressing RAM and writing to RAM/ SSD.

The special sauce this requires, is a construct called a funnel. All instructions to the CPU build up in RAM and are filtered into the CPU, instruction first, then call data, call instruction etc. That sort of chain. But when an instruction and its data are not ready, they rotate out back into the funnel. The bounds of the funnel are hard-coded gates, AND-ORs while the rotate back gates are NAND-NORs. The magic is when there are parallel flow CPUs. With maybe 1000 simple cores, the funnel becomes a viable construct.

Writing a compiler for the funnel flow processor could be done by AI.

The following is my emergency ration pack for war / disaster zones that is easy to prepare, cheap, and ready to eat, just add a ladle of warm water.

Carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, and red onion chopped roughly and fried with oil, salt and sugar till tender and then compressed and fried again, and compressed. Each compress does not lose any of the juice but thickens it possibly with flour or gelatin.

Then bread spread with margarine is fried and compressed, then fried again and compressed, careful not to burn it.

Finally both bread and soup stock are vacuum sealed for distribution where there is warm water. Water helps re-expand the hard caked bread and rehydrate the tangy veg paste. They should taste good. I have tried this dish fresh.

Gearing up for Tai Chi

This pre-morning I went for a very intense run. Never felt one so good in years. I am getting fitter, recovering quicker, breathing easier, and developing speed. I wear midrange Decathlon running shoes circa $50. Almost never use them for anything but road running.

Last night, I dug up my old tennis shoes made by Babolat. They’re suitable for Tai Chi which I’m learning / practicing. Able to turn / pivot easily, are quite low heeled and roughly flat. Saves on dedicated martial arts shoes. Wanted to buy Bruce Lee kungfu pants but there were none so I’ll be wearing my Cookman chef’s pants. They’re roomy and lightweight tho a rather shocking hue. The only thing I bought was a comfy branded cotton tee on sale.

I will be wearing yoga socks which I think are important to free one’s toes from being crammed together. Not sure if I will carry a backpack. Yea, probably should, bring water, food etc. You can read my Medium article on my martial arts theories here.

Will be taking the day slow. Work out and work on my stories leisurely. Teaching kids stirred up by the Liew witches to attack. We decided to each give the witches what we can stomach, rather than becoming her weapon against others. This somehow served to disjoint their plans as nobody will bow 100% to them while all still feel safe.

Soon to be at the new place. Offensive against the Liew witchy forces is in full swing. We may carry the day after all. Bringing over my small Sony BT speaker for the Aspire / Rocky Linux / KDE.
